Setup guide · updated 26 September 2026Connect Notiero to ChatGPT with one link, so it can save notes to your notebook and look them up in later chats. No install and no key to copy.
In ChatGPT on the web, open Settings › Security and login and turn on Developer mode.
Open the apps area, press + and create a developer-mode app. Name it Notiero, choose OAuth, and paste this URL:

In a chat with Notiero turned on, say: "Save this to my Notiero: the meeting moved to Thursday." ChatGPT asks you to confirm before it saves, which is normal for anything that writes.
Notiero appears in your apps with its seven tools. Searching and reading run without a prompt, saving asks you to confirm. The tools are write_note, append_to_note, move_note, list_folders, search_notes, read_note and list_notes.
Connect it to Notiero, a free notebook. Add https://notiero.com/mcp as a connector in ChatGPT and approve it once. ChatGPT can then save notes, organize them in folders, and search and read them in later chats.
No. It only reaches the AI folder in your notebook, and it only reads there if you left reading allowed when you connected. Locked notes and private notes are never readable, and nothing can be deleted.
