"One link" means a remote connector you paste into Claude or ChatGPT, with nothing to install. Delete means a delete tool the AI can call, even if it moves notes to trash. Details and plans change, so each row links the source we checked.
An AI agent acts on what it reads. A web page, an email or a file can carry hidden instructions, and a connector with delete or rewrite tools turns one bad instruction into lost work. The safest setup gives the AI only what it needs: a place to add notes, and nothing that can remove yours.
