These terms cover your use of Notiero at notiero.com, the Notiero app, the Notiero API and the Notiero MCP server (the connector for AI apps). By using Notiero you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Notiero is a free notes app. You can use it without an account. Signing in with an email turns on sync between your devices. You are responsible for what you write and for keeping access to your email and devices safe.
Please do not use Notiero to break the law, to harm others, to send spam, or to try to get into other people's notes or our systems.
Your notes belong to you. We store them only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export your notes at any time.
You can connect an AI app, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, with a key or a one-click connection. When you do, you let that app add notes, add to notes and sort them inside your AI folder, and, if you allow it, read that folder. You choose what to allow, and you can revoke access at any time in Settings, For your AI.
An AI app acts on your behalf. You are responsible for what it saves in your notebook. What an AI app does with notes it reads is covered by that app's own terms. No key or connection can delete your notes.
Notiero is provided as it is, for free. We work hard to keep it running and your notes safe, and we back up synced data, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything important, for example with the export feature.
To the extent the law allows, Notiero is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by an AI app you connected.
We may change Notiero or these terms. If a change matters, we will note it on this page and update the date above. You can stop using Notiero at any time and ask us to delete your account.
